Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We currently ship exclusively within the European Union. Every print is produced to order by our professional fine art printing partner in the Netherlands, carefully packaged and sent directly to you.
We are working on expanding our shipping options to the United States and the United Kingdom, with both markets planned for the next stage.
Paper and print
Every print is produced on 200 gsm Enhanced Matte Art Paper using Giclée printing with archival pigment inks.
Prints are currently supplied unframed. Packaging is selected according to the size and format of the print to protect the paper and printed surface during transport.
Production and delivery
As every print is produced to order, production begins after your order has been placed. Production generally takes 3 to 5 working days before dispatch, although this may vary depending on the print size and current production capacity.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Germany: 2 to 5 working days
Other European Union countries: 5 to 9 working days
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier schedules, public holidays and periods of high demand may affect delivery times.
Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your print has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the print size and destination within the European Union. The exact cost is calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order.
Customs and import charges
Orders produced and shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to import customs duties.
Applicable VAT is calculated in accordance with the relevant tax regulations and displayed at checkout.
For standard deliveries between EU member states, customers are not normally required to pay additional customs or import charges.
RETURNS
We want ordering art online to feel straightforward. If something is wrong with your order or you decide not to keep your print, please contact us before sending anything back.
14 day right of withdrawal
If a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period generally begins when you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the order.
Our prints are produced to order in the standard sizes offered on the website and are not individually personalised. Production to order alone does not exclude the statutory right of withdrawal where such a right applies.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within the applicable period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
Returning your print
After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the print within 14 days of your withdrawal notification.
Fine art prints are delicate. Please return the print carefully protected and, wherever possible, using the original packaging.
Please do not fold, trim, mount, frame or otherwise alter the print.
We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your proof of shipment until the return has been completed.
Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the appropriate return information.
Return shipping costs
If you withdraw because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the print.
The original standard delivery cost will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable consumer law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned print or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your print arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please photograph the print as well as the outer and inner packaging and keep the packaging until the issue has been resolved.
We will resolve damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied orders in accordance with your statutory rights. Where we are responsible for the issue, you will not bear the necessary return costs.
Please do not return a damaged or incorrect order before contacting us, as a return may not always be necessary.
