Returns & Your Right of Withdrawal
We want you to be satisfied with your PHER PRINTS purchase.
If you are purchasing as a consumer and have a statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning Your Print
If you withdraw from your purchase, you must send the print back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.
All returns following withdrawal must be sent to David Pher Studio in Germany, regardless of the original shipping destination or production location.
Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the relevant return instructions.
We recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
Please package the print carefully to prevent damage during transportation. The original packaging may be reused if suitable, but it is not mandatory.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns following a change of mind or another valid exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the print to Germany, provided you were properly informed of this obligation before purchasing.
This also applies to international customers.
We do not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping costs for these returns.
If a print is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, different rules apply under statutory consumer protection law.
Refunds Following Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option are not refundable.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the print resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Prints
If your print arrives damaged, is defective or does not correspond to your order, please contact us at info@pher-prints.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, clear photographs showing the problem.
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable statutory rights, this may include a replacement, another legally appropriate remedy or a refund.
Where a return is required due to a valid statutory claim for defective or incorrectly supplied goods, the necessary return costs will be covered in accordance with applicable law.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Our standard collection consists of prints produced to order from existing artwork designs.
The fact that a print is produced after an order is placed does not, by itself, exclude a statutory right of withdrawal.
For products made to individual customer specifications or clearly personalised, a statutory withdrawal right may be excluded where permitted by applicable law.
Any such exclusion will be communicated before purchase where applicable.
Orders Outside the European Union
PHER PRINTS accepts orders from international customers.
Statutory withdrawal and consumer protection rights may differ depending on the customer's country of residence and the applicable law.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the relevant legal requirements will be respected.
International returns following withdrawal must be sent to our return address in Germany.
Any customs documentation for returning goods should be completed accurately. Applicable return shipping and customs-related costs are allocated in accordance with the law and the information provided before purchase.
