Worldwide Shipping
PHER PRINTS ships worldwide to destinations where shipping and trade are legally permitted.
Every print is produced to order by our professional printing partner. Where available, orders may be fulfilled from production locations in or closer to the destination region, including the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.
This can reduce shipping distances and international customs procedures. A specific production location cannot be guaranteed.
Production & Dispatch
Each print is produced individually after your order has been placed.
Production times may vary depending on the print size, destination and current production capacity.
Once production is complete, your print is carefully packaged and prepared for dispatch.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

These estimates do not include production time and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier schedules, customs procedures, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Mandatory statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the size of the print and its destination.
The applicable shipping cost is calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.
Packaging & Tracking
Every print is supplied unframed and carefully packaged to protect the paper and printed surface during transportation.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including tracking information where available.
If your shipment appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@pher-prints.com so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
Where an order crosses a customs border, customs duties, import VAT or other local charges may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient, where permitted by law.
We aim to fulfil orders closer to their destination whenever possible. However, local production and the absence of customs charges cannot be guaranteed.
Customs clearance may also affect delivery times.
Delivery Information & Order Changes
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate when placing your order.
If you notice an error or need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@pher-prints.com.
Once production or fulfilment has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
For international shipments, carriers or customs authorities may contact the recipient directly if additional information is required.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the shipment, refusal of delivery or failure to provide required customs information, additional shipping, return or redelivery costs may apply where legally permitted.
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a shipment does not by itself constitute a valid exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal.
Transport Damage
Every print is carefully packaged for safe delivery. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at info@pher-prints.com.
To help us assess the damage, please provide:

A photograph of the shipping label, where relevant
If the packaging shows visible damage upon arrival, please photograph it before opening whenever possible.
Please retain the damaged print and original packaging while the issue is being reviewed, if reasonably possible. Avoid altering or disposing of the print before contacting us.
Please contact us before arranging a return so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable statutory consumer rights.
